Head Chef to lead its kitchen and help shape the future of its food offering.
Renowned for its high-quality facilities, outstanding golf course and welcoming atmosphere, the club has recently benefited from significant investment in its clubhouse and catering facilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive organisation with an excellent reputation, serving members, visitors, golf societies, corporate events and private functions throughout the year.
The Role Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and service.
You'll have the opportunity to develop exciting seasonal menus, introduce fresh ideas and build on an already well-established catering operation.
Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team.
Prepare and deliver high-quality meals for members and guests.
Design innovative seasonal menus.
Cater for golf societies, club events, weddings and private functions.
Maintain exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Manage food purchasing, stock control and kitchen budgets.
Recruit, train and mentor kitchen staff.
Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to enhance the overall customer experience.
