We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised Finance Assistant to join a fast-growing business based in Warrington. As the Finance Assistant you’ll be a key player in delivering top-tier finance and support to global clients. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learning the ropes of domestic and international accounting, supplier coordination and business operations. This role is perfect for someone early in their finance career who’s ready to step up, learn fast and contribute to success from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, invoice processing and reconciliations
- Support with the preparation of management accounts, VAT returns and filings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Track supplier invoices and process expenses
- Maintain task calendars to meet recurring deadlines
- Use finance software and systems to manage data
- Help streamline processes and suggest improvements
- Maintain digital filing systems
