Finance Business Partner Our client is a leading logistics group, providing UK-wide haulage, warehousing and distribution services through our nationwide network of specialist businesses. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. The Role As Finance Business Partner, you will act as the critical link between finance and operations. You will provide clear, insightful analysis to operational leaders, helping to shape business decisions, improve efficiency, and support growth. This is a highly visible role, requiring strong communication skills, business acumen, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities: Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge. Deliver robust management information, reporting, and variance analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and cost control. Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic projects. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business. About You: Ideally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Strong commercial awareness with proven experience in business partnering. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
