We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business based in Westhoughton, looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team.

If you\’re driven, ambitious & confident, with a positive, upbeat attitude, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We\’re ideally looking for someone with experience in sales administration or customer service, who thrives speaking to new people, enjoys building relationships and is motivated by achieving goals & delivering great results.

You will be joining a fun, ambitious team that celebrates success, supports each other and enjoys the ride.

Responsibilities include:

• Speaking to customers by phone, email and live chat in a friendly and helpful way
• Listening to what customers need and guiding them to the right solution
• Spotting opportunities to offer extra value that the customer will genuinely benefit from
• Keeping your notes clear and up to date in the CRM system
• Working closely with the technical and operations teams to deliver a smooth experience
• Learning about products and services so you can speak with confidence and clarity

Skills & Attributes:

• Confident, upbeat and comfortable talking to new people
• Motivated by doing a great job and meeting goals
• Pick things up quickly and like learning new stuff
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Have some experience in sales or customer service (though this is not essential)
