Customer Service Administrator

We\’re partnering with a well-established business based in Lancaster, currently looking to expand their International Customer Service Team with a Customer Service Administrator. This is a great opportunity to become part of a busy and supportive environment, where you\’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service to customers across international markets.
You\’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of B2B orders and providing clear, timely communication to keep everything running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders and coordinating despatch to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintaining accurate order records and customer account information
- Managing shipment tracking and liaising with logistics partners for timely updates
- Preparing and submitting export documentation, including working with the local Chamber of Commerce
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional, helpful manner
- Supporting the international team in delivering consistent, high-quality service
- Organising your daily tasks effectively to meet deadlines and team objectives
