We are looking for a driven, hands-on finance professional to join a growing, dynamic business. In this role, you will take on responsibility, gain broad exposure and have the opportunity to modernise processes, strengthen controls and contribute to continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a practical, problem-solving approach, confidence in liaising with stakeholders and a proactive mindset to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including Sales and Purchase Ledger, bank postings, and income reconciliation
- Handle credit control and liaise with stakeholders as needed
- Support with the preparation of management accounts, including P&L analysis, accruals, prepayments and deferred income
- Support payroll journals, cost analysis and fixed asset schedules
- Conduct nominal ledger reviews, inter-company/site recharges, and financial reporting
- Assist in continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
- Ideally part-qualified, or equivalent experience
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
- Confident communicator and process driven
- Strong IT skills - Power BI and AI experience would be highly advantageous
- Ambitious and eager to grow with the business
