A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join a growing business, based at their site in Warrington, initially on a 12 month FTC. This is a true generalist role where you will take responsibility for the following:
- Coaching Managers through all ER issues - disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management
- Advising the business through periods of change - including workforce planning, restructuring and redundancies where appropriate
- Supporting the business with TUPE transfers
- Building effective working relationships with Line Managers
- Continuous improvement of HR policies and processes
- Facilitating the recruitment and selection process
- Line Managing the HR Administrator
The ideal candidate for this role will be a strong generalist having gained experience within a fast-paced business. Strong communication skills and the ability to work fairly autonomously are both key for success in this role. A CIPD qualification is preferable.
