This is a fantastic opportunity to join a founder led business that genuinely puts their people at the heart of everything they do, and prides themselves on delivering quality products and service.
As Head of People you will lead the people strategy for the business, ensuring every colleague has the opportunity to thrive. You will work closely with the leadership team to create an engaging, high-performing culture while supporting managers to bring out the very best in their teams.

- Coaching and supporting managers through people challenges
