I am currently supporting a client with their recruitment for an experienced Payroll Co-ordinator, to work with them for a period of 3 months.
In this role you will take ownership of the payroll and benefits processes from end to end.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, data and processes, and who can ensure payroll is delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
A key part of the role will also be documenting the payroll processes, creating clear procedures and ensuring there is a consistent approach across the business.
Key responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end payroll process, from payroll preparation through to final submission and payment Processing monthly payroll accurately, ensuring all employee changes, deductions, allowances and adjustments are captured Managing the end-to-end administration of employee benefits, including enrolments, changes and leavers Maintaining accurate payroll and benefits records and ensure all information is processed in line with relevant policies and legislation Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers, responding to payroll and benefits queries in a timely and professional manner To be considered for this role you must be available to start at short notice and have experience working in payroll.
