An award-winning B2B Marketing agency with global reach is looking to hire a senior digital leader to own the digital strategy offering and shape how digital channels are planned, executed, and integrated across client accounts. This role blends hands-on strategic thinking with team leadership and commercial impact. Reporting into the MD, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the agency as well as shaping the direction of the agency as they embark on an exciting period of growth.
What you will be doing:
- Act as the agency's lead authority on digital strategy and channel planning, guiding decisions on how and where digital activity delivers the most value.
- Lead the delivery of SEO, PPC, social and CRM and email campaigns, ensuring high standards and measurable outcomes.
- Create persuasive digital proposals for new business and provide strategic consultancy for existing clients.
- Design and implement ROI-driven digital programmes, working across all internal teams.
- Oversee external partners delivering web and technical development projects.
- Play a key role in shaping clients' wider marketing strategies, ensuring digital activity supports commercial goals.
- Build connected digital approaches by defining clear workflows and demonstrating how channels work together.
- Track performance against client objectives, identifying opportunities to optimise and improve results.
- Own the production and quality of monthly and quarterly digital performance reporting.
- Line manage internal digital specialists and manage freelancer relationships.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of five years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in a Marketing agency.
- B2B experience working in more technical sectors is preferred.
- Has hands-on experience working across all channels; SEO, paid, social and email.
- Possesses strong analytical skills, and is able to translate data and reports into meaningful insights.
- Has line management experience and is confident in leading and coaching others.
