A rapidly scaling manufacturing group operating within multiple sectors is recruiting a commercially minded Management Accountant to support the FC with the day to day running of the team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-moving environment, partnering closely with operational leaders to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and clear financial insight as the business continues to scale.
The role includes:
- Ownership of divisional reporting and project financial performance, including monthly management accounts – to include project gross margins, overheads and P&L analysis, commentary and insights.
- Project Costing and Control – project costs accurately recorded against project progress milestones, preparation of monthly project profitability analysis.
- Forecasting and budgeting – annual, rolling forecast, preparation of supporting schedules.
- Month-end close and audit support.
- Ongoing improvement of reporting and controls.
About You
- Qualified or Part Qualified.
- Experience in project, engineering, construction, or manufacturing environments.
- Confident partnering with operational stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and ERP system experience – Netsuite and PowerBI experience a plus.
- Detail-focused with commercial awareness.
