A well-established, highly reputable business based in the Burnley area are looking to add an Administrator to their growing Commercial Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, ideally with some office-based work experience to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day business operation. My client is also open to considering a college leaver looking to secure their first role.

In this role you will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring continuity of supply, data accuracy and identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage purchase orders accurately within the ERP system
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships to support uninterrupted supply
  • Ensure commercial data is accurate, up to date, and reliable
  • Support cost-effective sourcing and purchasing decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve supplier and procurement processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to help meet customer demand
  • Provide administrative support to the wider commercial team

To be successful in this role you will need to be well organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Being competent in Microsoft Office is also key for this role.
