I am supporting a client with their search for a HR Systems and Data Analyst - 15 month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry-leading, highly reputable organisation to lead the performance, integrity and continuous improvement of the HR systems. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the people data is accurate, insightful, and supports informed decision-making across the Group. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you’ll help shape the systems and support the growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day management, configuration, and enhancement of the HRIS (Workday)
- Ensuring data accuracy across key modules
- Developing insightful dashboards, reports, and analysis for senior stakeholders
- Managing system testing, updates, and new implementations
- Collaborating with third-party providers to drive system improvements
- Overseeing staff engagement surveys and delivering meaningful analysis of results
- Providing training and support to colleagues to maximise system effectiveness
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience of Workday, in a HR capacity. Strong analytical / reporting skills and advanced Excel is also essential, along with experience of creating dashboard and reports to drive decision making.
