The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a high performing people team in a market-leading business, initially on a 14-month FTC. In this role you will play a key role in shaping the colleague experience as well as partnering closely with Managers across the business. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
Below is an overview of the things you will be getting involved in:
- Advising Managers on HR policies and processes
- Guiding Managers through disciplinaries, grievances and investigations
- Supporting Managers with recruitment and selection
- Managing the employee journey from onboarding through to offboarding
- Leading on family leave processes, ensuring compliance with company policy and legislation
- Being the first point of contact for apprentices in the business, also liaising with training providers and sharing feedback
- Updating and refining HR systems and reporting
- Contributing to a variety of HR projects
The ideal candidate for this role will have some previous advisory experience, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively. A positive can-do approach is also essential for this role. In return for your hard work and commitment to the role my client are offering a competitive benefits package.
