I am supporting a well-established business with their search for a HR Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity that will suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships with key stakeholders and working collaboratively.
As a HR Consultant, you will work closely with predominantly SME clients to provide professional, commercially focused HR support and guidance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues - in some instances you will be required to lead on these and chair relevant HR meetings.
- Providing guidance on employment law and HR best practice.
- Onboarding of new clients.
- Leading on TUPE related activity.
- Advising clients on workforce changes - restructuring and redundancies.
- Providing solutions to complex people related issues.
- Drafting and updating HR documentation, policies, and contracts for a variety of clients.
- Delivering training sessions for clients.
