The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

I am supporting a client of mine with their search for a People, Culture and Engagement Specialist to join their fast-growing business. This is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to shape the people strategy, ensuring alignment with the wider business strategy and values. As well as building relationships with key stakeholders across the business you will foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.

Below is an overview of some of the things you will do in this role:

  • Drive a variety of employee engagement related initiatives
  • Champion and embrace company culture, fostering inclusivity and collaboration
  • Review and enhance reward and recognition
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback, identify trends and form action plans
  • Support initiatives related to employee wellness, work-life balance and mental health
  • Shape the organisation in building a more inclusive and diverse workforce
  • Coordinate and organise employee events, team-building activities, and social gatherings
  • Support Managers with managing performance of employees
  • Support talent attraction, retention and internal succession planning
  • Provide support to those in early careers roles within the business

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a people and culture role, ideally having supported a business through a period of growth. Being able to demonstrate a real passion for what you do along with strong communication skills and a creative mindset are ideal for this role.

Please note my client are flexible around hours and location, their offices in Preston and Manchester need to be accessible to you, but this role could be worked on a full time or reduced hours basis.
