I am partnering with my client who are looking to recruit an additional HR Advisor to their growing team. This is a true generalist role where you will work closely with the HR Business Partners in the following areas:
- Providing first line HR support to Managers - resolving issues where possible and escalating where necessary
- Supporting employees with a variety of HR related queries
- Working closely with others in the team to support the attraction and retention of the best talent for the business
- Producing reports with analytics on the HR data, identifying trends and using data to inform decision making
- Supporting Managers in facilitating learning activities for employees, monitoring expenditure and impact on performance
- Note taking during HR meetings, producing invite and outcome letters
- Supporting the wider teams with a variety of projects such as policy updates, wellbeing and EDI
- Support HRBPs on delivering educational campaigns on topics such as employment legislation, policy updates, wellbeing, EDI, ESG
