A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR and Recruitment Advisor to join a hugely growing business as part of a small People Team. This is a true generalist role where you will support with the following:
- First point of contact for HR / onboarding queries into the office
- Recruitment and selection - supporting from offer through to placement
- Managing the induction and onboarding process for new starters
- Supporting with the whole employee lifecycle
- Updating the HR system and producing reports
- Assisting with the implementation of a variety of HR policies and processes
- Supporting with a variety of people projects
