I am currently supporting a client of mine in the legal sector with their search for an Executive Assistant. This is a brand-new position that will support the growing division of a well-established industry leading business.
Below is an overview of the responsibilities that this role comes with:
- Supporting the Partners with the delivery of key projects
- Formatting a variety of documents
- Diary management
- Booking hotels and travel
- Liaising with key clients and producing bills
- Preparation for business meetings and minute taking
- Arranging, organising and planning for meetings and events
- Maintaining client records
My client is looking for an experienced PA/Executive Assistant; someone that is ambitious, well-organised and able to work proactively in a methodical manner. Excellent problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
