I am currently supporting a well-established client of mine with their search for an experienced HR Advisor. This is a true generalist position where you will support the team of Business Partners in delivering the people strategy. Below is an overview of the role: Partnering with Managers to provide advice and guidance in relation to HR policy and process Supporting with the management of absence and performance cases Assisting with a variety of HR change projects Coaching Managers to upskill in all areas of people management Rolling out legislative changes across the organisation Liaising with the people services team to support all administration needed across the employee lifecycle Identifying areas for continuous improvement within the HR team This is a fantastic opportunity to add value to a fast-paced business. The ideal candidate will be able to work well off their own initiative, be driven and passionate about developing people as well as being able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
