About the Role
You will be responsible for managing both interim and permanent HR assignments across a wide range of sectors and industries. We operate a 360 model, so you'll have full ownership of your desk, backed by a strong brand, a loyal network, and a values-led culture that prioritises quality over quantity. Alongside recruitment, Four HR is proud to add real value to our network through:
- Four Connect HR - our networking group with over 200 members
- Quarterly HR events across the North West
- Regular market insight reports shared with our clients and candidates
- A new HRD/CPO group launching this year
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for HR roles across the North West
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Attending client meetings and relevant networking events
- Writing engaging job adverts and screening quality candidates
- Managing interview processes and negotiating offers
- Providing consultative advice and market insights
- Supporting HR-focused events and marketing campaigns
