I am excited to be supporting a client of mine in the professional services sector with their search for a HR Advisor. Below is an overview of the things you will get involved with: Building relationships with Managers, coaching in relation to all areas of HR policy and process Continually reviewing and updating HR policies in line with legislative changes Leading on absence and performance issues Updating the HR system, producing MI reports Providing advice in relation to pay reviews and employee benefits Ensuring an effective onboarding process for all new starters Managing the leaver process Supporting Managers with the recruitment process – discussing role profiles, posting adverts, short listing and conducting interviews as well as liaising with external recruitment partners Supporting with a variety of HR projects My client is looking for someone that is passionate about their work and takes pride in what they do, is keen to learn, having already had some experience at the HR Advisor level.
