I am currently supporting a client of mine, based in Bolton, with their search for a HR Advisor. Working as part of a wider HR team this is a true generalist position where you will support with the following: Building relationships with stakeholders across the business, advising on HR policy and process Identifying areas of improvement for HR policy and process, making changes and coaching Managers Leading on absence and performance management Advising Managers on talent attraction and retention, supporting with recruitment Updating and reporting from the HR system Supporting the HR Manager with a variety of HR projects In this role you will gain a huge amount of experience and be part of an experienced team that you can learn from.
