Job Summary

Snack Bar Staff are responsible for providing friendly, efficient service while preparing food, operating the Toast POS system, and maintaining a clean and organized snack bar.

This role plays an important part in delivering a positive guest experience by ensuring accurate orders, proper food handling, and a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve snack bar food items according to established procedures
  • Operate the Toast POS system to accurately enter orders, process payments, and charge customers correctly
  • Provide friendly customer service and assist guests with menu questions
  • Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, service counters, and dining spaces
  • Complete opening, closing, and ongoing cleaning duties
  • Restock food, supplies, and paper products as needed
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
  • Report equipment issues, low inventory, or concerns to management

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16
  • Food Handler License required (or willingness to obtain before or shortly after hire)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
