As our next Maintenance Manager:

  • You will support the team to ensure that the hotel is maintained to the agreed highest standards at all times so that all guests and team members benefit from a safe, well-presented and fully operational environment.
  • You will be managing all proactive and reactive maintenance, which includes general repairs, painting and decorating and emergency repairs. Having experience in one or more building trades such as plumbing/electrical/carpentry is required.
  • You will be overseeing the maintenance of the whole hotel (115 bedrooms).
  • You will be responsible for updating certificates online and communicating with contractors.

We are looking for individuals that are able to work on their own initiative and have an excellent eye for detail when it comes to safety and guest experience. This is a very hands-on, independent position. Taking initiative is the key.
