As our next Reception Team Member at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Cardiff:
- You will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey.
- You will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks, being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction.
- You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel’s policies.
