The Sirius Hotel Group is seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team, creating personalised experiences to mirror our guests’ onsite experience. The Sirius Hotel Group is a specialist hotel management and operating company, managing two hotel brands - The Resident in London (Covent Garden, Soho and Victoria), Liverpool and Edinburgh and Four Points Flex by Sheraton under franchise with Marriott International in Cardiff, Newcastle, Dundee and Edinburgh. We currently manage and operate 9 hotels across the two brands.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a leading role in developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance the visibility, reputation, and profitability of our hotel brands. You will be responsible for implementing engaging and effective digital marketing campaigns as well as managing, developing and optimising our brand websites aligned to industry best practices to support the overall marketing and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, executing, and evaluating integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, guest acquisition, and loyalty, reducing reliance on commissionable third parties.
  • Managing all paid digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media campaigns and other paid channel activation aligned to the overall marketing strategy.
  • Managing a paid advertising budget and ROI.
  • Managing and developing effective websites for The Resident, our Four Points Flex by Sheraton hotels on the Marriot.com platform, and The Sirius Hotel Group.
  • Monitoring, maintaining and reporting on channel performance and web funnel effectiveness.
  • Liaising with our teams to brief content and deliverables to drive digital campaigns.
  • Delivering digital acquisition campaigns to support the CRM and direct booking strategy.
  • Producing appropriate reporting for conversion and ROI to continuously look for opportunities to improve organisational performance, output and results.
  • Supporting the wider guest campaign calendar and create a digital advocacy plan.
  • Keeping up to date on new technologies, channels and platforms to generate effective and efficient reach, revenue and return.
Qualifications
  • Degree in a digital marketing related function or equivalent higher education experience.
  • 5+ years progressive work experience in a marketing-related role.
  • Proven success in improving both website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Solid working knowledge of and experience in online marketing channels and digital marketing-specific software applications including but not limited to:
  • Excellent working knowledge of CMS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of performance marketing, including, but not limited to paid advertising, Metasearch and affiliate marketing and Google Analytics / Power BI tools.
  • Targeted advertising on social platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO.
  • Experience of maintaining or building a website.
  • Experience of and interested in AI and how it can drive efficiencies and performance.
  • Digital architecture experience.
  • Strong marketing experience in a hotel environment, an advantage.
