As a Night Receptionist at The Resident Edinburgh, you will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey by nurturing a personal connection with our guests, recognising all our guests and treating them as individuals. You will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks, being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction. You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel’s policies.
