The Resident Soho is currently recruiting for a Night Duty Manager to join their friendly team! The Resident is an innovative brand of city centre hotels in London and Liverpool, focusing on providing excellent rooms, in exceptional locations with heartfelt hospitality. Our hotels provide guests with a relaxed enclave from which they can easily immerse themselves in the city.

As our next Night Duty Manager, you will:
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey by nurturing a personal connection with our guests.
- Support the Night Manager and the night team to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks.
- Be the first point of contact for arrivals, departures, and guest interaction, monitor guest satisfaction and take charge of the building and all guests and team members during the shift.
- Support the Night Manager and hotel management to ensure that all team members are fully trained and compliant with Health and Safety requirements.
You will need to have:
- Great communication skills
- A friendly & professional service style
- Problem-solving abilities with a can-do attitude
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently
- Motivation, positivity, and eagerness to learn
- Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to prioritise
- Good IT skills
- Experience in a guest service environment
