You are Seb’s right hand. You take chaos and make it run smoothly. You own delivery across every project. You make sure nothing slips, shoots happen properly, and clients are handled.
What you are responsible for:
- Running all productions end-to-end (planning → shoot → delivery)
- Owning timelines, budgets, and logistics across projects
- Managing freelancers, crew, editors, and producers
- Making sure shoots actually happen properly (no last-minute mess)
- Building and improving systems (Notion, workflows, processes)
- Keeping clients updated and confident
- Solving problems fast without needing hand-holding
- Managing the company calendar, including all key dates, deadlines, shoots, and events for staff and for Seb
- Taking pressure off Seb so Seb can focus on growth and creative
What success looks like:
- Projects run on time without Seb chasing anything
- Shoots are organised, efficient, and high quality
- Clients are happy and want to stay on retainer
- Team knows exactly what they’re doing at all times
- Clear systems in place so the company can scale
What you need:
- Proven experience running productions (agency, content, or similar)
- Strong operator. You get things done, not just talk
- Calm under pressure and good in chaotic environments
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Good with people. Can manage creatives without killing morale
- Commercially aware. You understand budgets and margins
- Based in London and available for shoots
Nice to have (not essential):
- Experience in social / YouTube / viral content
