The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, managing sales ledgers, participating in the hotel forecasting process and budget processes, supporting the forecast of payroll and expenses, and reviewing and challenging the revenue forecast as appropriate. You will monitor bank transactions and attend meetings as required.

Qualifications include a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, which would be beneficial but not essential. A strong understanding of financial analysis is required, including the ability to analyse financial data and prepare detailed financial reports. You should be able to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making. Excellent communication skills are necessary, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate financial information to internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with other departments, and provide guidance to staff members.

You will have strong leadership and management skills, able to lead a team of financial professionals, set financial goals and objectives, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Comfort in providing strategic financial guidance to the leadership team and the wider heads of departments is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems is required, with the ability to create, analyse, and present data effectively to support decision-making and reporting.
