Your contribution will be:
- Leading and coordinating FOUR PAWS UK fundraising plans, ensuring alignment with the overall organisational strategy.
- Optimising and managing FOUR PAWS UK fundraising portfolio across relevant fundraising streams.
- Spearheading integrated ways of working to deliver the best possible fundraising and supporter engagement results, collaborating with other departments and international.
- Monitoring donor behaviour, market trends, and sector developments to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and strengthen fundraising strategies.
- Managing and controlling the fundraising budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective use of resources.
- Ensuring fundraising systems and technical solutions are aligned with global standards and platforms, while maintaining compliance with data protection requirements for donor and prospect data.
- Representing FOUR PAWS UK externally in matters related to fundraising.
Your profile ideally illustrates:
- Proven experience in data-led fundraising, development, or a comparable revenue-generating role, ideally within the non-profit sector.
- Strong experience in Leadership Giving, particularly working with corporate partners, foundations, and trusts, and the ability to build and manage relationships with senior external donors.
- Experience in budget management, financial planning, and cost control.
- Strong understanding of donor engagement, fundraising trends, and supporter relationship management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS’ vision and mission.
