Fixed term till 31st August 2027 in the first instance. Term Time. Four Oaks is an inclusive primary school, with high aspirations for all. We have happy, extremely well behaved children and supportive, dedicated staff and governors, catering for pupils from 1 to 11 years old. In May 2025 an EYFS Ofsted Inspection graded us as Good in all areas and Good Overall.
The Governors wish to appoint a Room Leader to join our team. The role will include working with our EYFS team which includes 2-year-old nursery, pre-school Nursery and Reception. You will be predominantly working in our Little Acorns 2-year-old room. You must have consistently strong feedback on your teaching and where possible, please give examples in your letter of application. You will be joining an EYFS team who work well together and who are dedicated to providing the very best education to our children. The post is fixed term for one year in the first instance to work with the team to embed actions identified by school and Ofsted to develop and cement outstanding practice.
