The Role VM, Window’s & Creative Projects (Maternity Cover) will take the lead on window display executions and provide support with visual merchandising, while also contributing to creative campaigns and production logistics across our global network. In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life both in-store and across campaigns. You’ll manage the end-to-end process of window display projects, from planning and production to installation and post-launch feedback, acting as a link between internal teams, external partners, and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Visual Merchandising (VM) & Store Support
- Guide and support store teams on VM execution
- Track and manage VM budgets and maintain spend trackers
- Coordinate and dispatch VM props, hangers – store requests
- Prepare and pack VM materials for new store launches
- Conduct store visits across London
- Oversee production and rollout of global window display concepts, including visual, layout drawings, and installation/concept packs for stores
- Maintain the critical path for window production
- Coordinate with freelance installers globally; manage London installs hands-on, with store teams (night work involved)
- Manage shipping logistics, working closely with external consignees and internal teams
- Manage the process of purchase orders, budgets and invoicing
- Manage logistics with our external warehouse, for VM props, mannequins, hangers
- Maintain stock levels at head office of all VM props
- Archive photography files of window installs across all global regions
- Support franchise partners by supplying creative assets and execution guidelines
- Lead project management for retail pop-ups, managing critical paths from initial brief through design, procurement, installation, and post-launch review
- Create and manage sourcing briefs for pop-ups and VM elements (props, signage, and mannequin, POS), liaising with suppliers and production teams to meet cost, quality, and timeline requirements
- Provide support on new store sourcing and development: collate site/store requirements, source vendors and materials, support quotes, and manage approvals with Creative Director through to delivery
- Coordinate cross-functionally (Retail Operations, Marketing, Creative/Design, Franchise, Finance, suppliers) to ensure seamless delivery and consistent brand standards
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience required
- Willingness to travel as required
- Experience in creative project management, visual merchandising, or retail production
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and working to tight deadlines
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams and external partners
- Confident managing budgets, logistics, and critical paths
- Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional night installations
- Working at heights, including the use of ladders is required
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is preferable
