From our bespoke 45,000 square foot location in London’s dynamic King’s Cross quarter, not only are we deeply rooted in the very heart of the UK’s fashion scene, but we’re also well connected to reach a global fashion audience. Purpose of the role: As a Brand Communications and Marketing Coordinator you\’ll be responsible for supporting and developing the strategy for a number of designated fashion brands and all forms of press and digital marketing. The role will work directly to support the Head of Brand Communications and Marketing and will be responsible for overviewing all account activities across various branded channels. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Support and develop press and marketing strategies and initiatives in accordance with the relevant strategy and leadership directive. Produce ad hoc content where required to support marketing activities and communications activity. Support the project management and administrative process of retail marketing, talent and influencers and media partners activity. Analyse the success and failure of any projects and develop proactive recommendations for improvements for future events communicating these back to the Senior Coordinator and Head as required. Proactively support in the identifying and resolution of any issues with client accounts as required or any tasks involved to resolve issues highlighted by senior members of staff. Ensure performance metrics with relation to the brand and their marketing activity are monitored and clearly communicated back to the brand, proactively using these to inform suggestions and recommendations on future activity, with clear thought of commercial and budgetary considerations. Manage internal workflows between teams in relation to marketing and communications activities. Handle sample send outs, returns and the seasonal stock take for clients, alongside the showroom team. Secure press coverage across designated accounts, through pitching and providing credit details. Write press releases for clients regarding new collections/campaigns and pitch to appropriate media. Create talent/influencer lists and secure social coverage through both paid and non-paid activity. Devise weekly/monthly reports as required for clients with coverage and product placements. Assist on agency and client events such as press day, retail, consumer, VIP and press events. Build and nurture relationships with press, stylists, influencers and talent agents. Ensure press, stylists and influencer databases are regularly updated. Ensure seasonal asset/press packs are up to date and shared with media. Support team on client projects and report on outcomes, including recommendations for future improvements. What you\’ll need: Be positive and an active contributor to the team. An understanding of press (media) and how to pitch a news or product story. Awareness of industry and cultural trends. Press contacts at a junior level – excellent relationship building and skill. Outstanding written and verbal communication. 1 year of experience within PR, Marketing ideally within Fashion or Retail. Be highly resourceful and a self starter.
