Position Overview:
As a Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and development of the children in our care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership to a team of support staff, guiding and motivating them to deliver the highest standard of care.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with social workers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each child, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Supervision: Conduct regular supervision sessions with team members, offering guidance, feedback, and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children within the home, monitoring and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
