We are looking for a Specialist Nurse within the West Sussex and Surrey area, who will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care in the community, whilst helping prevent unnecessary admissions. This role offers the opportunity to combine strong clinical practice with independent decision-making, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients at home during a crucial stage of their care. It’s ideal for nurses who are passionate about community-based care, value continuity and patient experience, and want a role that balances clinical responsibility with meaningful patient relationships.
Key Skills:
- An RGN registered with the NMC
- Post-registration experience in an acute care setting
- Experience administering sub-cutaneous injections and IV therapies, including care of IV devices
