Four Fathers Pickleball Society is looking for energetic, friendly part-time Pickleball Associates who want to help create a positive atmosphere for our members and guests. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being around people and thrives in an environment where there’s always something happening and you’re happy staying busy.
As a Pickleball Associate, you’ll be one of the first faces members and guests see when they arrive. You’ll help keep the Club running smoothly by welcoming players, sharing your enthusiasm, and connecting members and guests with everything happening at Four Fathers. An interest in pickleball or willingness to learn the game is considered an asset.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Opening and closing the Pickleball Society Club and ensuring daily task checklists are completed
- Welcoming members and guests and creating a positive, energetic environment
- Processing payments for court reservations, lessons, tournaments, and memberships using our POS system
- Helping guests learn about Four Fathers, our craft beers, and upcoming events
- Promoting tournaments, programming, and brewery events
- Supporting marketing initiatives and helping promote social media campaigns
- Keeping the space clean, organized, and ready for play
- Assisting with merchandise displays and product knowledge
- Helping ensure every guest leaves with a great experience
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, approachable personality that makes members and guests feel welcome the moment they walk in
- Strong people skills; you enjoy chatting with members and guests, answering questions, and creating a great experience
- Someone who enjoys staying busy and jumping in wherever help is needed; there’s always something happening here
- A team player who brings positive energy and isn’t afraid to pitch in to help the team succeed
- A willingness to learn about our beers, events, and programs so you can confidently share them with guests
- Someone who has a genuine interest in pickleball; whether you play regularly or are excited to learn more about the sport
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or service industry preferred)
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Most importantly: someone who enjoys being part of a fun, social environment where great experiences happen every day
