We are looking for an ambitious Production Co‑ordinator to join our Creative Technology Team. Working alongside the production team in our Sheffield office, the successful candidate will be key to contributing to the planning and co‑ordinating of our projects, working alongside our team of Producers and digital creatives. They will communicate with clients and ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of projects.
What You’ll Do
- Work as part of our delivery team alongside Producers to plan and oversee development of websites, online platforms, and digital installations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Act as a first point of contact for many of our existing clients for support issues.
- Monitor and report on project health.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting‑edge solutions.
