What you’ll do:
- Lead campaigns from briefing to delivery—across media relations, social, events, partnerships & comms innovation
- Drive creative solutions that build cultural brands and destination experiences
- Collaborate with clients and Four Agency specialists to deliver big-impact storytelling
- Use the latest AI tools to boost insight, strategy, creative copy and campaign performance
- Mentor junior team members and support graduate development within a high-performing environment
- Represent Four at industry events, networking, awards, conferences… all part of the role!
What you bring:
- Passionate about culture, creative placemaking, cities and heritage
- Experienced in consumer comms (min 3 years agency-side)
- Strategic, proactive and curious—ready to learn fast and try bold new ideas
- Skilled with traditional & digital media relations, influencers, content partnerships
