Four’s health media team is currently seeking an account executive to support on key accounts in the pharmaceutical, health and life sciences sectors. We are offering a unique opportunity for someone to develop their career as a paid-media specialist and join a highly successful and award-winning team of expert paid-media planning and buying specialists.

We require a proactive, keen and driven individual to develop their client management, logistical and data-analysis skills and be an integral part of our busy team. You will bring attention to detail, a solutions-focused mentality, be commercially-minded and capable of multi-tasking to deliver high quality work under pressure. Ideally, you will have a knowledge of paid-media, digital media or general marketing and advertising. Experience within health and/or pharmaceutical advertising and marketing would be advantageous, though not essential (training will be provided).

Key aspects of the role:

  • Ensure the smooth running of your client team supporting the account manager, director and other members of the team
  • Source crucial information and provide organisational excellence to ensure flawless planning and execution of media campaigns
  • Create proposals and reports in PowerPoint and contribute towards visually appealing media plans using Excel
  • Attend meetings and provide a clear outline of deliverables thereafter, as well as presenting ideas/outcomes to clients where appropriate
  • Understand and contribute towards recommendations to maximise success for your client
  • Identifying opportunities via media monitoring and active networking
  • Liaise with key stakeholders (publishers, creative agencies, internal teams) to ensure key campaign milestones are reached and client is fully informed of the status of their account
  • Manipulate, analyse and interpret data in Excel
  • Deliver a high standard of data reporting based on working with both campaign data and existing data sources – delivered in both written and verbal format
  • Develop your understanding of healthcare systems, pharmaceutical advertising and therapy areas that are relevant to your client
