We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lease Advisory Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to join our team. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Greater London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lease negotiations, providing strategic property advice, maintaining client relationships, conducting property inspections, preparing valuation reports, and assisting in agency transactions. You will work closely with clients to identify and deliver solutions tailored to their goals within the retail and leisure sectors.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Lease Consultancy and conducting property valuations
- Expertise in Landlord and Occupier Agency practices, including property acquisitions, sales, and lettings
