Role
Lease Advisory
The Surveyor / Senior Surveyor will provide professional property advice to retail and leisure landlords and occupiers, working closely with Adam and Victoria on existing client instructions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include undertaking lease consultancy work (such as rent reviews, lease renewals, and re-gears).
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in commercial property surveying, ideally within retail and leisure sector, covering lease advisory.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret market data, obtain and analyse rental comparables, and produce clear, concise client reports.
- Proficient negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and engage effectively with landlords, occupiers, and other agents.
- Solid knowledge of UK commercial property markets, leasing structures, and relevant legislation and best practice standards.
- Membership or progress toward membership of RICS is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, and maintain attention to detail under time pressures.
