We are looking for an ambitious account manager to join our digital media team. Working in our expanding media team of 60+ professionals, the successful candidate will be key to cultivating and nurturing relationships with clients across the life science sector. The successful candidate would work within a defined team, allowing them to grow and expand their servicing and strategic skills to help our clients achieve defined success.
We seek an individual with a minimum of 3-year experience in the media agency sector, preferably already in an existing account manager role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programmatic advertising (DV360) and paid social media (Meta, LinkedIn) using management platforms like Sprinklr. This role requires excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute digital media strategies for clients, focusing on programmatic advertising and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
- Manage and optimize campaigns using DV360 and Sprinklr to ensure maximum performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
