We’re looking for a talented Senior Marketing and Design Executive to join a growing finance business. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of lead generation and brand development, creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across the business and its sub-brands.
You’ll be responsible for promoting our services and finance solutions to targeted audiences, helping to grow brand recognition while driving high-quality leads. This is a hands-on role, covering a broad range of marketing activities including digital campaigns, copywriting, social media, events, and design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, produce, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media, direct mail, exhibitions, articles, and website content.
* Lead marketing initiatives for partnership schemes.
* Write compelling copy across all channels.
* Improve website SEO, both technical and content-based.
* Support the production of exhibitions and events.
* Design and update printed materials and customer documentation templates.
* Contribute to online and offline advertising campaigns.
* Produce vendor support material to aid supplier promotions.
* Analyse campaign performance via CRM and analytical tools, including Google Analytics.
* Undertake other marketing-related tasks as required.
Skills and Experience:
* 4+ years’ experience in a marketing role, with a focus on sales or lead generation
* Strong email marketing and copywriting experience
* Creative flair for design and content
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
* Familiarity with analytics tools is a plus
* Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
