A fast-growing UK finance company is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its expanding team. Over the past 3 years, the business has tripled in size and grown revenue fivefold, driven by a focus on great technology and measurable, performance-led marketing.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take full ownership of campaigns across multiple channels and play a key part in generating leads and driving sales. You’ll be working closely with a small but ambitious team where marketing is highly valued and directly tied to business growth.
This is a role for someone who is a problem solver and proactive and has a strong background in B2B marketing generating quality leads. We are looking for someone strategic who can bring new ideas to the table and really make a difference.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning multichannel campaigns from planning through to execution and analysis
* Managing the brand presence across direct, digital, and offline channels
* Writing copy for emails, social media, web pages, and press releases
* Creating campaign assets
* Segmenting data, running test-and-learn programmes, and reporting on performance
* Supporting the business development team with marketing collateral
* Coordinating events and exhibitions to promote the brand
What we’re looking for:
* 7+ years\’ experience in digital marketing with a data-driven approach
* Confident with campaign analysis and performance measurement
* Strong copywriting skills and eye for detail
* Comfortable using email platforms, social media, and Adobe Creative Suite
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business and enjoys having real ownership
