You need to be confident interrogating margin, challenging deal structure, and supporting high-volume sales activity with sound commercial judgement. A sales background is essential, but your favourite part of the job should be the numbers.
We're looking for someone from the tech channel or a similar high-growth B2B sales environment, ideally with experience in distribution, value-added reselling, or IT solutions. You’ll be joining a team led by some of the strongest commercial minds in the industry.

- Process & Commercial Governance — Enforce commercial policies and ensure compliance across all transactions; continually refine and improve commercial workflows to streamline sales and reduce friction
- Team Leadership (if applicable) — Coach and mentor Commercial Managers or Execs within the team; act as a sounding board for junior team members and help upskill the wider commercial function
- Commercial Analysis & Reporting — Build and interpret dashboards, reports, and forecasts to support business decisions; present findings to senior leadership, flagging both opportunities and risks; stay up to date on market pricing, vendor programmes, and rebate schemes; ensure the business maximises vendor relationships and commercial benefits
