What You'll Do

Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs to reach their full potential. You'll build positive relationships, deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions, and model strategies that promote self-regulation and engagement. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you'll help create a calm, inclusive environment where every learner feels safe, valued, and ready to succeed.

Role Requirements

  • Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, Teaching Assistants or Graduates with relevant experience
  • Individuals with a passion for supporting children with SEMH, autism, or behavioural needs
  • Confident communicators who can build trust and foster emotional regulation
  • Those comfortable working 1:1 or with small groups
  • Experience in de-escalation, trauma-informed approaches, or Team Teach is a bonus
  • Adaptable, compassionate, and proactive individuals
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
  • Full employment history & references
  • Right to work in the UK
