About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials to classes
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Supporting students with their learning and engagement
  • Following safeguarding and school procedures at all times

This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, teaching assistants ready for the next step, or anyone with strong communication and leadership skills looking for rewarding work within education.
