We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Specialist Team to lead care and support for our client in their home. This is an opportunity to make a difference to our client and their caregivers by providing and leading round the clock care.

Shifts include Day and Night shifts available.

Experience and skills:

  • You must be a Registered Nurse
  • Able to demonstrate Clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, suctioning, nebuliser management, stoma care, gastro feed etc
  • Excellent communication and attentive listening skills
  • Ability to prioritise the complex needs of our customers
  • Competent in completing all necessary paperwork in order to deliver a person centred approach to care
